How are bracelets sized?

Adult bracelets are all about 7 inches and Kids bracelets are all about 6 inches. If you are in need of a smaller or larger size please use the contact us form and we will try our best to give you the size you need.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once orders are placed we are unable to cancel or make any changes, so please check your shipping address, billing address, and items carefully!

How is my order packaged?

Your order will arrive in a box or branded bubble mailer.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, get ready for excitement! You'll receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your package all the way to your door. If you encounter any issues, just drop us an email at info@beadzeebracelets.com with your name and order number, and we'll take care of the rest!

How long do custom orders take to process? 

We generally estimate 7-10 business days for custom orders to be processed. Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please note that processing does not include shipping time.

Can I return or exchange my Custom bracelet?

Custom items are truly one-of-a-kind and are final sale—no returns or exchanges. Once orders are placed, you can't cancel or make any changes, so please check your items carefully!

What can I put on a bracelet?

 A special word, a hashtag, your name, or a meaningful date. 

Please note:

• You may have more than one word as long as it does not exceed 13 characters.
• Letter, number, :), <3, !, #, &, and : characters only.
• Only the patterns and colors that appear on the Custom page can be customized.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates any intellectual property or trademark laws including company names and/or profanity. In the event that an unauthorized word or phrase is used, we will reach out to you to change or cancel your order.

Will the plating fade over time?

We use durable high-quality materials, but to preserve their shine, we recommend avoiding contact with water, lotions, or perfumes.

How should I care for my bracelet?

Store jewelry in bag or box when not in use. Avoid water and chemicals. Clean with soft cloth. Gold plated may tarnish from contact with water, lotion, perfume, chemicals, or high PH skin. Fading after six months of frequent wear is normal.

Are the bracelets suitable for children?

WARNING: Choking hazard- small parts. Not for children under 6 years old.
