Return Policy

At Beadzee Bracelets, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade bracelets. At this time we do not offer any returns or refunds unless any of your items arrive damaged or you receive the incorrect item. If any items does arrive damaged you will have seven days from your order arriving to report the issue to us through info@beadzeebracelets.com.

Note, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct and can receive packages. Beadzee Bracelets is not responsible for any accidental/un-approved orders that you place. There will be no refunds for any address errors.

If you receive the incorrect item please email us and we will find a solution to resolve the issue by sending the correct item or providing a store credit for the value.

Important notes for any exchanges

  • To qualify for a damaged item exchange or to report you have received the incorrect item you must provide photo or video proof to info@beadzeebracelets.com.  No returns or exchanges will be processed without providing proof.
  • For all exchanges please allow 5-10 business days to process
  • Many items are one of a kind and will have to be replaced with a similar item of the same category
